John Jay Center for Learning, 101 S. Meridian Street, Portland, IN.
The ServSafe Certification course is open to all food service employees.
The program emphasizes safe food and beverage handling practices to
minimize the risk of food born illnesses. Certifications are valid for five
years upon successful completion of the course.
